Joe’s Customer Experience Report
As a high end retailer, the customer experience is the difference between a casual shopper and new loyal customer. One particular instance is the story of Tony.
Tony is a pharmaceutical account manager and was in town on business but taking a break from business to check out the awesome shopping here in San Francisco. He came in wearing Stitches Denim (The company of Joe’s brother Albert). Tony and I talked about the quality and comfort of his jeans and wanted to check out something new. First pair…the Rocker granite...now that’s a “different” jean. He dresses business casual for work and wanted something he could wear to work and the charcoal tartan plaid was a sure thing! They fit great, looked great and most importantly for him, they felt great. Tony then scored again with two pairs of our 50% rockers and then stepped outside the box for a personal style update…the Brixtons in the King wash. He didn’t own any tapered jeans but saw the popped cuffs everywhere…so yet another slap dunk! After all was said and done, he was hooked. This is a JOE’S customer now; this was a guy who could afford new Christian Dior patent loafers and $400 jeans but found his new favorite in affordable luxury. We look forward to Tony’s continued business and introducing new blood into the JOE’S denim cult.
